1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time within India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International shipping: 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

 

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is available to select countries. Please contact us for more details before placing an order.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Avina is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

  • We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses.
