Refund policy

  • We have a 7-day return policy.

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Returns are only accepted in the case of:

    • Defective / damaged product received.

    • Wrong product delivered.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

  • If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 3-5 working days.

  • No returns will be accepted for change of mind or if the product is not defective.
